Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These are the plain-English terms that apply when Prime Commercial Services Ltd quotes for and carries out exterior cleaning work. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Quotes
Quotes are free and no-obligation. A quote is based on what we can see or what you've described. If the job turns out to be materially different (for example, heavier build-up or areas not mentioned), we'll talk to you and agree any change in price before doing extra work. Advertised "from" prices are starting points; the final price depends on the size and condition of your property.
Access, water and power
We need reasonable access to the areas being cleaned and use of an outdoor tap. Please have gates unlocked, vehicles moved off surfaces being cleaned, windows closed and pets secured on the day.
Weather
Some work can't be done safely or effectively in bad weather. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you as early as we can and arrange a new time. There's no charge for weather rescheduling.
Our workmanship guarantee
If you're not happy with any part of our work, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll come back and put it right at no cost. Some things are outside a clean's control, such as permanent stains, etched glass, or coatings that were already failing. We'll point those out honestly, before we start wherever possible.
Care of your property
We're fully insured and we treat your property with care. If something is fragile, recently painted or a known problem area, please tell us before we start so we can plan around it.
Payment
We invoice on completion of the work, and payment is due as stated on the invoice. For larger or scheduled commercial work, payment terms are as agreed in writing with you.
Cancellations
Plans change. Just give us as much notice as you reasonably can if you need to cancel or move a booking.
