Do I need to be home while you wash the house?
No. As long as we can get to the outside of the house and an outdoor tap, you don't need to be there. We just ask that windows are closed, pets are inside or secured, and gates are unlocked on the day.
Does a house wash include the roof or the windows?
A house wash covers your exterior walls, cladding, eaves and soffits, and the windows get washed down as part of that. Roof cleaning is a separate service because roofs need a different treatment, and detailed streak-free window cleaning is also available as its own service. We're happy to quote them together.
Will the cleaning products harm my plants or pets?
We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products, wet down and rinse gardens near the work area, and take care around pets and play areas. Applied properly, the wash is safe for your family, pets and landscaping.
